Nutty Delight: Pecan and Maple Muffin Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Method:
- Preparation: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a muffin tin with liners or a light greasing.
- Dry Mix: In a bowl, blend flour, baking powder, and salt together.
- Wet Mix: Whisk together melted butter, maple syrup, eggs, milk, and vanilla in another bowl.
- Combine: Merge the wet and dry ingredients, stirring just until blended. Fold in pecans.
- Bake: Dispense the batter into muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until an inserted toothpick is clean.
